Eesti Fest, a six-day festival highlighting Estonian music and culture, opens on February 21 at the Kings Place arts center in central London.
Curated by long-time BBC Radio 3 host and event organizer Fiona Talkington, the festival will include performances by the well-known choral group Vox Clamantis, the Estonian Piano Orchestra, the Weekend Guitar Trio, southern Estonian folk group Suurõ Pilvõ and jazz pianist Kristjan Randalu, uudised.err.ee reported.
Estonia's prowess as a center of IT development will also be brought out in the not-so-humbly-named discussion, "Cheap Talk: Skype and Estonian IT Genius," featuring Skype's general manager in Estonia, Sten Tamkivi.
The event was organized by Kings Place and the Estonian Embassy, in cooperation with Tallinn 2011 and the UK representative of Enterprise Estonia.
