Tix for April 2010 Metallica show on sale Dec 7

World-famous rockers Metallica will be taking to the stage in Vilnius and Riga in April 2010.

Official Baltic dates for the band's Death Magnetic tour were posted Monday on Metallica's web site – Riga on April 17 and Vilnius on April 20.

Tickets for the Vilnius show go on sale December 7. The opening price is 175 litas per ticket, later rising to 295 litas. There will be 10 thousand seats available in Vilnius. Tickets can be purchased through Tiketa.

"We are proud to have succeeded in inviting Metallica to Lithuania. The spectacular show will take place in the Siemens arena," said the head of Seven Entertainment, Vidmantas Siugzdinis.

Metallica is bringing some extremely powerful sound gear and a special stage that will be set up in the middle of the arena, making the concert visible for all fans.

Metallica will be playing stock ballads such as "One," "Nothing Else Matters," "Enter Sandman," "Seek and Destroy," "Master Of Puppets," along with songs from their latest album.
